Flower Shop announce the addition of Allie Lightcap as Executive Director, Business for the growing independent creative agency. 

In this role, Lightcap will lead the business side of operations, ensuring the agency continues to deliver breakthrough work that not only meets but elevates client ambitions. With a proven track record of spearheading integrated campaigns for global brands, she is committed to driving innovation, impact, and results.

Lightcap brings a wealth of experience, having started her career at boutique agency EP+Co before making a significant mark at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York. There, she played a pivotal role in PepsiCo’s business, leading high-profile campaigns for MTN Dew, MTN Dew Energy, and Lay’s, including Super Bowl spectacles and hyper-personalised social activations that deepened consumer connections. In 2022, she was instrumental in TBWA’s win of the LG business, forging a partnership that resulted in LG’s first-ever brand campaign. This initiative not only fuelled growth across LG’s business units but also earned the brand a coveted spot on Interbrand’s 2024 Top 100 list.

Since joining Flower Shop, Lightcap has already played a key role in some of the agency’s most high-profile work. In her expanded role, Lightcap will oversee the agency’s growing business portfolio, which includes Fanatics, Via Carota, Almave Spirits, PWHL, and C4 Energy, ensuring each brand benefits from Flower Shop’s boundary-pushing creativity and strategic vision.
