Los Films, the director-led live-action division of multidisciplinary creative studio Los York, has signed Emmy Award winner Eric Andre for U.S. commercial representation.

Known as the anarchic genius behind The Eric Andre Show on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, Andre is no stranger to the camera, but now, he’s officially bringing his creative rebellion behind it.

While continuing to front high-profile campaigns for Miller Lite, Verizon, and Drumstick’s 2024 Super Bowl spot Doctor on the Plane, Andre has quietly been making his mark as a commercial director, shooting irreverent campaigns for Sprite, Veloz, and Nike. Previously repped by RSA, Andre now joins Los Films following a strong creative connection with Head of Films Chris Abitbol, forged during Nike’s launch of the first-ever female-specific basketball shoe in partnership with Wieden+Kennedy.

Andre shared: "Chris is my dream man. He’s the auntie you never had, making matzo ball soup when you’re sick. Seriously, he’s professional, easy to work with, has your back, works hard, comes to the job early and leaves late. He calls everybody by their name. He hangs up his clothes by the end of the day."

"I’m looking forward to working with los films on brands that take creative liberties, energy drinks, sports, lifestyle, candies like Skittles. Whoever pushes boundaries creatively. Also, I’m hoping to continue working for brands on both sides of the camera. That’s about all I have to say. I only speak in emojis now."

Chris Abitbol, Head of Films at los films, added: "Eric is next-gen, leading the new wave of creators who are now directing commercials. He just comes in and righteously blows your mind. From the content man-on-the-street joker to polished campaigns, Eric has the chutzpah to make things happen, bring people together, and (duh) make them laugh. That’s exactly what los films is about: championing a disruptive, DIY spirit that refuses to play by outdated industry rules."

Andre’s multifaceted career spans stand-up, acting, writing, producing, music, and directing. The Eric Andre Show, which recently celebrated its sixth season, is infamous for its fearless blend of pranks, shock humour, and celebrity interviews, with guests such as Jon Hamm, Natasha Lyonne, Seth Rogen, Demi Lovato, Stormy Daniels, and Jimmy Kimmel. Additional credits include HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones, Netflix’s Bad Trip, and voice work as Azizi in Jon Favreau’s remake of The Lion King. He also co-hosted ABC’s The Prank Panel and performs under his musical alias Blarf. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Andre plays the double bass.

The signing comes on the heels of Los York rebranding its film discipline as Los Films, launching losfilms.tv to reflect a renewed commitment to rebellion, creativity, and culture-forward storytelling.

Eric Andre and the los films director roster are represented by Simpatico on both coasts, SG+P Reps in the midwest, and Momentum for multicultural work.
