Rosalien van der Bom has officially locked in at Electric Theatre Collective as Senior Producer, following a six-month freelance stint at the studio.

Her new role will see her continue to guide complex projects with ETC’s pool of talent.

van der Bom's career spans over a decade and begins in classic industry fashion, as a runner at The Mill. From there, she honed her skills to become a Producer, before moving from advertising into Film & Episodic. That move took her to Framestore as a Line Producer in 2021, followed by a stint at Outpost VFX in 2023.

By summer 2024, she felt the pull back to advertising, returning as a freelancer and finding herself very much at home at ETC producing campaigns for Coca-Cola, British Gas and Argos.

Throughout her career, she has worked with iconic talent including François Rousselet, ThirtyTwo and David Kerr – not to mention Sir David Attenborough, whom she met earlier in her career on a project for the Natural History Museum and accidentally curtsied. Awks.

Of her new role, van der Bom comments: “I’m looking forward to continuing to work with the incredible team of people here, and to keep challenging myself with new and exciting projects.” Joint Head of Production, Oscar Wendt, couldn’t agree more: “Rose is a genuinely safe pair of hands – calm under pressure, relentlessly organised, and brilliant at keeping artists happy while solving the inevitable curveballs that come with ambitious work. We’re very glad she’s officially part of the ETC family.”
