Director Timothy Kendall, known for his high-energy, entertaining, and playful storytelling in the comedy, action, and celebrity genres, has signed with Spears & Arrows for exclusive representation in the West and Texas.

“I’ve known Timothy for years,” says S&A Founder/Managing Director Jason Wolk. “He’s one of the busiest and most successful freelance directors I know. And, over the past couple of years, we’ve had a good run together with great projects for clients like Bayer, Spectrum, and Dodge. You could say,” Wolk jokes, “that he’s given us a good test drive and knows the value we add.”

“That’s right,” adds Kendall. “My experience with Jason and his team at S&A has been spectacular. They work very closely with me all the way through, from pitch to production. For a guy used to being on his own, it’s great to be supported with the developed team at Spears & Arrows.”

Kendall’s work showcases a combination of big storytelling and smart comedy with a strength in capturing great performances in both intimate moments and in high-energy action set-pieces. This diverse approach has made him a go-to director for ad work in Comedy and Action and with celebrities and professional athletes for brands like Planters, Mtn. Dew, Dodge, Dexcom, Honda, Samsung, Toyota, Geico, Dr. Pepper, Chevy, Microsoft, ESPN, Spectrum, H-E-B and BMW, and has earned him multiple awards from Cannes, Clios, ADDYs, and the AICP.

His work has been featured in multiple Superbowls, including two spots in Superbowl LIII, one for Planters starring Charlie Sheen and Alex Rodriguez and another for Sketchers Starring Tony Romo; Super Bowl LV saw a fresh spot for Dexcom featuring Nick Jonas; and Super Bowl LVI featured an H-E-B spot starring George Strait.

Kendall’s debut feature film Hollywood Adventures was released internationally to a $51mil opening weekend box office. He followed that by directing and producing the Action/Adventure/Comedy television pilot Dwight in Shining Armor, which is currently picked up for its fifth season and is being distributed worldwide by Paramount.

For the Midwest and East, Kendall continues to be represented by Jeff Lewis at The Director’s Network.
