After collaboration during 2025 and 2026, Juliet Klottrup joins both CANADA UK's directing and photography rosters.

Klottrup is a filmmaker and visual artist whose work spans music videos, documentary, commercial campaigns, portrait photography and painting. Known for her deeply personal and analogue aesthetic, Klottrup has built a reputation for capturing the emotional connection between people and place, finding the universal within the specific.

The announcement follows her successful collaboration with CANADA on the music video for Tom Misch’s single Sisters With Me. Shot on location across the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, the film has been winning laurels worldwide with shortlists at Kinsale Sharks, 1.4. Awards and Berlin Commercial. An intimate triptych tracing sibling bonds through raw, unforced moments, showcasing her signature talent for making reconnection feel tactile, cinematic and true.

Klottrup’s accolades include winning the Sony Future Filmmaker Award and being shortlisted for Best British Short at Iris Prize for Skate Like a Lass, produced with CANADA, which documented female and non-binary skateboarders in the North of England, as well as winning the Portrait of Britain prize and being shortlisted for the British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Humanity award. Her documentary works, such as Travelling Home and Youth of the Rural North, have screened internationally from the ICA in London to festivals across the US and Europe.

"We’ve admired Juliet and her work for a long time and, having developed a beautiful collaborative relationship over the last couple of years, we are excited to bring her voice to our roster" said Marta Bobić, Managing Director at CANADA London. "Juliet is a joy to work with. She possesses a rare and instinctive ability to capture human connection with truth, warmth and visual poetry. Whether working in stills or motion, her work always feels authentic and striking and uniquely Juliet."

"Joining CANADA feels right. They’ve been there as a supportive team to me over the years and really felt that through our recent creative and collaborative experience on Sisters With Me" added Klottrup "I’ve always been inspired by CANADA’s dedication to storytelling and the incredible creatives in their universe. I’m excited to join both rosters and to craft meaningful work together with heart and soul.”
