Acclaimed Dutch director Bart Timmer is the latest addition to The Sweetshop's New Zealand
and Australian rosters. 

Already repped by The Sweetshop USA, Timmer is bringing his signature comedic wit and distinctive eye to clients down under.

On signing to The Sweetshop ANZ, Timmer says “Finally crossing the ocean. Jet lag pending.” Timmer has spent the best part of the last three decades crafting character-driven comedy with a cinematic eye. His work is as instantly recognisable as it is powerful, with iconic ads for brands such as Volkswagen, Heineken, jim&fix, and Canal Digital, to name a few. Subtle, silly, and everything in between, Timmer has a genuine gift for getting the most out of people in front of the camera.
