Celebrate the Royal Wedding with KFC's Porcelain Chicken Bucket
Always dreamed of eating your fried chicken out of a dish handmade from English fine gold-rimmed china, emblazoned with the Royal newly-weds? Well wait no longer...
Put your hand up if you're excited about the Royal Wedding this weekend. While some of you wouldn't have even flinched let alone raise your arm in excitement, iris has found a way to set your pulses racing about Harry and Meghan tying the knot... by releasing a special edition porcelain chicken bucket for KFC.
We know, we know, it's what you've always dreamed of... eating your fried chicken out of a dish handmade from English fine bone china, emblazoned with the Royal crest and a picture of the happy couple, fitted with a... wait-for-it... 22 carat gold rim. The stuff of dreams right?
Well now wait no longer, as your wish is KFC's command.

To get your hands on the dish of dreams, you have to register as a member to KFC's exclusive loyalty scheme, aka the Colonel's Club, available in over 800 restaurants - you can sign up easily (and for free) by downloading the specialist app here.
But act fast, as there's only a very limited release of 25 pieces. So the lucky porcelain pot owners can truly claim that they're fit for the likes of royalty because they're so rare.
“It’s the perfect marriage of the finest English china and the fine flavour of the American South," says the agency's ECD Grant Hunter. "We’ve designed them for the KFC loyalists who we hope will love the craft we’ve put into making the iconic bucket even more iconic.”
However if you're not lucky to get your mitts on the iconic buckets, KFC is releasing a further 50 - almost equally as limited edition - specially-designed cardboard buckets from their Windsor restaurant this Saturday... A second chance, for those that can't get their hands on the prized china.
