For most of us, our laptop is a necessary evil, the gadget we have to use for work or the gizmo we use to browse Asos when we should be working. In Ocean Heart and Dream Machine, however, Amsterdam Worldwide tell the stories of two people using Asus tech to live their dreams.

In the former, Amsterdam and directors Moritz Grub (overwater) and Julie Gautier (underwater) tell the story of Sofía Gómez Uribe, a Colombian freediver. In the two-minute short, she talks about her life in diving before changing into a custom built wetsuit connected to a Asus Transformer 3 Pro. This suit contains LED light strips that flash in time the Uribe's heartbeat, offeringa unique and personalised look at her journey under the depths.

In Dream Machine [below], meanwhile, production company BWGTBLD and director Philipp Ramhofer meet David Fischer, founder of fashion website Highsnobiety, who used his trusty Asus ZenBook Series laptop to build a creative site visited by 500,000 people daily.

Both films also feature 'shoppable content', where the tech within the vids can be clicked on, directing viewers to e-commerce sites.
