.30: Morning bright eyes. How do you like your eggs? Wondrous morning listening, Not Even Happiness by Julie Byrne.

.45: Sometimes it’s tricky knowing what black t’shirt to wear. Today’s has a quote form Shakespeare, which I believe he penned about the Central line in rush-hour.

.10: In the office. Heads down working for Selina, Sam Yasmin and Chris. No talking here. Ssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

.00: This is my notebook. ‘Notes’ in the front. ‘To do’s’ in the back. Sometimes I’m not sure who’s in charge, me or it.

Planning. I have no idea what any of this means. And I wrote it.

.00: Left the office, now at Wave with my Brother (fictional not literal) Dugal. We’re cooking up a Radio ad. Dugal's camera shy, ok, he isn’t but this is the view you get of him 99.9% of the time.

.36: Checking in with a mate. In and out of work, all relationships need work. Friends will always be there for you, as will my music recommendations. Code Orange, heavy as…

.30: Quick drinks. Meet up with our team and Media crew. Just the one.

.00: Back home. Watching a documentary On BBC Four about Japan. This is Murasaki Shikibu, author of The Tale of Genji, which took her 12 years to write. Blimey.

.00: Bedtime reading. I will read one page and then fall asleep. Goodnight world.
