It’s Friday which means the weekend must be within reach. But before you reflect on the week that you’ve just had, take a break, sit back and relax – I’ve some good news to share with all you London-based readers and fellow chocolate lovers.

Next week from Wednesday, KITKAT is bringing its pop-up Chocolatory to London’s Westfield Stratford.

Open for one month, the DIY studio will give chocoholics the chance to create their own versions of the famous four-stick bars.

You’ll be able to create your ideal break within the hour, choosing which flavour of chocolate you want and which three toppings you’d like to add.

And just in case that’s not enough, new flavours will be released each week created in partnership with Michelin-starred chef Michael O’Hare (below).

To launch the initiative, the ‘sticky toffee popcorn, almond and salted caramel brittle’; ‘salted caramel crème brûlée with Madagascan vanilla seeds’; and ‘divine black forest gâteau’ combinations will be available in week one, although new flavours will be introduced from then on.

The DIY bar launched in Australia and Japan last year, but it's the first time KITKAT has brought it to London. For more details, check out KITKAT’s Facebook page.
