In a bid to get young people copping a feel of their chests (to check for breast cancer – obviously), cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! has launched the #GetItOffYourChest initiative via Karmarama.

Famous faces like TV/radio presenter Fearne Cotton (above) star in the spot, sharing some of the most common early symptoms of breast cancer, like getting crusty or dribbling nipples.

With each celebrity delivering a line to make up a poem about the warning signs, the spot - helmed by Kathryn Dufty - attempts to break down misconceptions about breast cancer and educate the public about what to look out for.

Join in the conversation by using the #GetItOffYourChest hashtag or keep an eye on the Summer Boob Tour – who will be heading to UK university cuses and workplaces to spread the word. To find out more about the caign, click here.
